How the fee works:
• You spend $5,000/month across platforms → my fee is $750/month + HST
• You spend $1,000/month → my fee is $150/month + HST
• You spend $500/month → my fee is $75/month + HST
Same formula as Google Ads, recalculated monthly.
What's included in the 15%:
• Discovery + strategy plan tailored per platform (different platforms = different audiences + creative)
• Audience research and lookalike modeling
• Creative production: static images, carousels, short-form video (UGC-style)
• Copy writing per platform's voice + character limits
• Pixel installation + conversion tracking
• A/B testing structure
• Weekly budget reallocation between platforms based on performance
• Monthly performance report

• LinkedIn (Sponsored Content + InMail)

What's NOT included (you pay these directly to the platform):
• Your actual ad spend — Meta/LinkedIn/X/TikTok bill your card directly, not me.
• Premium tools if needed (e.g. some clients use a separate landing page platform)
Client approval workflow:
You see every creative + every ad copy variant before it runs. Approval can be async (Slack/email) or via a weekly review call.
Minimum baseline retainer: $250/week ($1,083/mo). Kicks in when monthly ad spend dips below ~$7,220/mo.
