A self-serve marketing agency for local small businesses. The wedge: the incumbents (Semrush, BrightLocal, Birdeye) hand owners a dashboard of ten thousand metrics and zero interpretation. We Market You turns a business name plus up to three competitor links into a readable, prioritized report — "here's where you stand, here's what to fix first" — then runs the growth work (social ads, content, local SEO, reputation) when the client wants it handled.

Five self-serve research products: Competitor Scan, Local SEO Audit, Ads Intelligence, Review Analysis, and AI-Search Visibility (whether you show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews — the 2026 hook). The client dashboard captures a request and tracks it to a generated report; the AI generation engine plugs into Frank's existing content pipeline.

Custom "Citrus Signal" design system — warm off-white base with an electric chartreuse (#BEF000) signal accent and coral pops, light theme, deliberately unlike the navy/gold and violet/cyan house styles. Email-login client accounts, honeypot-protected forms, and a research app as the product core.
